As my business has grown over the past years, my ability to serve clients with the energy and creativeness I have has become harder to do.  My time was becoming more and more in the office doing tedious paperwork and follow-ups and I was not able to get out and market or sell properties as effectively as I was able to when I was less established.  To accommodate more time outside the office, I have hired Jasmen - a very personable and energentic spirit in the office. She comes with 6 years experience as a Realtor's Assitant. As she is a licensed assistant, she has the ability to do more than office work. She is able to provide services that clients would expect from a realtor: touring with buyers, writing contracts, hosting open houses, answering legal questions, etc. Her reputation as a hard worker with a great personality is well known throughout the realtor network of the Comox Valley.  She will be an asset for the long term!
