Executive Home Sale:
Our first meeting with Ryan was as the listing agent for both a house and a lot that we were interested in. When we decided to purchase the lot we were confident in Ryan to act for us as the buyer, as well as for the owner. Ryan was respectful and professional in representing both clients throughout that process. Ryan maintained contact with us between the time we bought our lot and when we finally decided to sell our rural property. We were pleased with how the buying process had gone, and we chose Ryan to sell our home. Ryan did his homework and met us with information on recent sales in the category of our home, showed what was currently for sale, what had sold and for what price.
In all Ryan’s dealings with us, his honesty and sincerity stood out. He has a calm and low-key manner along with a gentle sense of humour. He showed an interest in who we were and what we wanted, while developing a relationship by sharing a bit about himself and his family.

We relocated from Italy to the Comox Valley in 2012. As with most DND House Hunting Trips, we only had one week to find and purchase a house – Ryan was instrumental in making this possible. Ryan provided us with exceptional customer service during a most stressful time. Although we were overseas, we were able to communicate frequently through email before arriving and Ryan sent us custom lists of houses that met our specific requirements. Once we arrived in the Comox Valley, Ryan made himself available to us and we were able to view several homes of interest.
